Please note that during public holidays or times of high demand, it may take up to 48 hours for our warehouse to prepare and send your order. All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels, meaning that no signature is required. This allows the courier to leave your parcel at your home without any need for further interaction.
Returns
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Unwritten. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, we are committed to assisting you.
Unwritten offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your goods. If, within this period, you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase, all you need to do is:

*To have your purchase refunded you will need to return the items (at your expense). please ensure that on the return box you clearly identify you name, address and order number so we know who to refund.

When returning your product, we recommend using Registered Post with prepaid postage. Please be aware that you assume the risk of any loss, theft, or damage to the goods during transit. Therefore, we strongly advise insuring your parcel. Unwritten shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels in transit if you choose not to insure them.
Kindly note that if you are returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, the refund amount for that individual item will be adjusted accordingly and not reflect its full price.
