The amount you need to use per shampoo depends on the length and thickness of your hair, but generally you'll get between 30 to 40 shampoos from a bottle.
Unwritten Hair products have a shelf life of 2 years unopened, or 12 months after opening.
Unwritten Professional Haircare can only be purchased through the Unwritten ecosystem.
That means either through a verified professional Indie or on our online store. Check out our Find An Indie page to purchase through an Indie near you!

You’ll be prompted to enter your email address, phone number and create a password for your account.
You’ll receive an email asking you to verify your email address. Press Verify and your account will be ready to go! All your information will be saved for a faster checkout every time you shop.
Log in to your account and select ‘My Orders’ - this will show a summary of all your orders. The order status will show where your order is up to in our process. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be able to click its tracking number to stay up-to-date with its arrival.

We’re 100% dedicated to sustainable practices so that you can indulge in good hair days, minus the guilt.
That’s why we became a carbon neutral company, and partnered with Carbon Neutral and their Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor project, Australia’s largest biodiverse reforestation carbon sink.
Our bottles contain 30% recycled plastics, and we are confident that we will be able to transition our bottles to 100% recycled materials over the next few years. Read more about our Sustainability practices relating to People, Planet and Profit.
We care what goes down the drain in Australia (we’re looking at you toxic shampoos!), and we know The Great Barrier Reef needs all the help it can get, so we’ve partnered with the Reef Restoration Foundation to help renew The Great Barrier Reef.
